Payment terms, cancellation rules and any refund possibilities for services or programs will be set out in the relevant proposal, agreement or booking conditions. In case of contradiction, those specific terms prevail over these general Terms.
If you purchase digital services or content as a consumer (B2C), you may have statutory rights of withdrawal under EU and Dutch consumer law. Where legally permitted and clearly communicated during the purchase process, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived once the digital content is made available to you or we have started performing the service at your express request.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, downloads and software, is owned by us or our licensors, unless otherwise indicated. This includes our methods, frameworks, models and proprietary approaches.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication or public display, requires our prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
The courts of The Netherlands, and in particular the competent court in Arnhem (Rechtbank Gelderland), shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law.
